A women’s empowerment & life transitions coach, supporting women and teens towards a more aligned way of being, living and relating. Helping you to fall in love with the journey of being a woman.

Hi, I'm
Tori Milner

My work centres around the essential belief that we already have everything we need and desire within us – we just sometimes need support in reconnecting. I am passionate about providing this support to women; enabling you to reconnect to your inner resources, abundance, pleasure, and sexual energy

I act as a bridge between the scientific and the spiritual worlds by combining my knowledge gained from 5+ years studying Psychology, 650+ hrs completing a Sex, Love and Relationship Coaching Certification and over 5 years of intimate work with the female archetypes.

My connection to the feminine energy and cyclical archetypes allows me to help women in all stages of life embrace your evolving energies and identity shifts. Specialising in the shifts during major life transitions, I offers the space to grieve old identities that no longer serve us and embrace new empowering identities.

My Journey started when I was 16 years old when I went through a spiritual initiation meeting the divine feminine. At the time I had no idea what was happening and what it would lead to.

My next major event was when I was 20 years old and decided to come off hormonal birth control and start tracking my cycle with the fertility awareness method. This lead me on a whole journey of connecting to my womb, my body and understanding on a deeper embodied level the true cyclicity of life, and of women.

But lets rewind a little. As a child my family moved around alot. I was born in Jerusalem, moved to the UK when I was two, and then at the age of 11, my mother and step father moved me and my 3 siblings to the south of France. I went through some big life transitions in my early years which have inevitably shaped who I am today. Now I am honoured to support teens going through big life transitions during adolescence as I know how challenging these times can be.

Oh and another crazy story? When I was 13, my sister who is 2.5 years younger than me got her period 2 years before me... I only got mine 3 years later at the age of 16. I spent years thinking "I'm late", "I'm weird", "I'm not normal". Little did I know that everything was exactly as it needed to be and all these years later I am so intimately connected to my cycle and support women of all ages to feel connected to theirs! Funny how life turns out, no?
